General conditions of stay

STAY FORMULAS :

· Renting- out of a cottage or a mobile -home : stays begin at 4 p.m. and end at 10 a.m. During the main season, renting-out starts from saturday 4 p.m. up to the next saturday 10 a.m. and is of a minimum period of 7 nights.

· Camp site : stays begin at 12h and end at 12h during the main season, after booking, the stay is of a minimum period of 7 nights. During all other types of season , the stay period is free.

BOOKING : can be made either by mail, phone ,or e-mail but will only be effective upon receipt of the booking-form together with a cheque for down-payment. We will then send you the relevant copy as well as an acceptance letter.

ENTERING : file and entering expenses have a fixed-price of 11€ for one night or more.

TARIFFS: please refer to the above-mentioned figures, they are firm for the whole season.

PAYMENT : first down-payment with booking and entering (25% of the total amount of the stay)

Renting-out of a cottage, a mobile-home : the balance must be paid 4 weeks (30 days) at the latest before the day of arrival. In case the balance would not be paid at the fall due date, the present contract would automatically be cancelled.
Camp-site: the balance must be paid the day before departure before 6 p.m.

CLEANING OF RENTING-OUT : the cleaning is at your charge for your whole stay as well as the day of departure (an inventory of fixtures will be done) ; the premises must be in the same conditions at your arrival and at your departure. Any damage of premises or materials must be reported, we will come to a friendly agreement. For any hidden damage proceeding would be started.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS : Booking costs will be kept by THE ROC CAMPING in case of cancellation .
According to the cancellation date, following amounts will be kept :
· More than 90 days before the first day of your stay : the whole deposit will be paid back to you.
· Less than 90 days before the first day of your stay : nothing will be given back.
· As soon as the balance will be paid, no amount will be refunded whatever the reason could be.
In case of absence the first day of your stay and without any news from your family, your renting-out will be maintained during 24 hours. Over this period the renting-out or the camp site will be at our disposal.
· If during your departure or your journey an important reason would not allow you to be present in time, please contact us by phone (05 65 33 68 50), we will keep the premises at your disposal.

INSURANCE AND RESPONSABILITY : any family or any person staying in THE ROC CAMPING, or renting premises there, must have an insurance in order to protect their possessions and themselves, as well as possible damage. Insurance, repatriation and cancellation guarantees are not included in our prices.
THE ROC CAMPING or the person in charge of it cannot be held responsible of thefts for objects or personal vehicles either inside or outside the camp. Such is the case as far as personal damage is concerned; families must be protected by their own insurance. Let's remind you that children must not be let alone inside the camp, they always have to be with somebody able to protect them and to be responsible for them, either in the play area or in the swimming-pool.
